About Us

Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) is committed to assisting the community with culturally and linguistically competent legal information, assistance by providing clear and timely community education, and individualized assistance in its AABANY Pro Bono Clinic.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, AABANY’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committee has redirected our resources and established the Remote Legal Clinic to offer assistance over the telephone or other virtual means. If your native language is not English, we can provide Chinese, Korean, and Japanese interpreters, and we may be able to provide interpretation in additional languages subject to availability. Also, we are providing COVID19-related training and know-your-right presentations and resources to offer further assistance in multiple areas of the law.

If you have any questions or suggestions on topics that you want us to cover, please email us at [email protected]. You can also contact us using the “Questions?” form at the bottom of this page.

If you require further assistance, please contact our Remote Legal Clinic at [email protected] or (929) 251-3022.

If you would like to volunteer and help us with this effort, please contact us at [email protected].
